In order to prevent violation of Law of Krasnodar region "About the measures on prevention of child neglect and juvenile delinquency in the Krasnodar region» № 1539-KZ the following restrictions will be in force.
On May 18 from 21:00 till 00:00 the juvenile guests are allowed to enter the Cultural Center Stariy Park only accompanied by their authorized representatives. 
The parents (guardians) should have original of their passport and certificate of birth of the child.
